Once we have received your completed registration form, an invoice will be sent to you for full payment. 

Please send proof of payment to info@lwaleadinstitute.org. 

We cannot guarantee your registration in the class until full payment has been received at least 3 days prior to the first day of training. 

We reserve the right to cancel a registration if a full receipt and/or payment is not received in a timely manner.
